脑出血是导致死亡的主要原因,急性期脑出血量与死亡率、致残率密切相关。出血灶周围低密度区的形成与幸存者的神经系统功能的恶化有关。基质金属蛋白酶是一组蛋白水解酶,参与细胞外基质的重构。基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)特异性的降解基底层,导致血脑屏障的破坏。近年来的研究已证实基质金属蛋白酶-9与多发性硬化及脑缺血有关,后者存在血脑屏障的破坏。但是,目前还不清楚基质金属蛋白酶-9在脑出血的发病过程中所起的作用,本文研究了自发性脑出血后MMP-9的改变及探讨MMP-9是否与血肿周围脑水肿有关。
Intracerebral hemorrhage is the main cause of death, acute cerebral hemorrhage and mortality, morbidity are closely related. The formation of low-density areas around the hemorrhage is related to the worsening of the neurological function of survivors. Matrix metalloproteinases are a group of proteolytic enzymes that are involved in the remodeling of extracellular matrix. Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) specifically degrades the basal layer, resulting in the destruction of the blood-brain barrier. In recent years, studies have shown that matrix metalloproteinase-9 and multiple sclerosis and cerebral ischemia, which is the existence of the destruction of the blood-brain barrier. However, it is unclear whether MMP-9 plays a role in the pathogenesis of ICH. We investigated the changes of MMP-9 after spontaneous ICH and explore whether MMP-9 is associated with cerebral edema around the hematoma.
