工效挂钩是铁路公司对薪酬总额进行宏观调控的一种管理办法,是确保薪酬支出与经济效益挂钩,调动员工积极性的有效手法。目前,在铁路深化改革,向现代物流公司转型开展的局势下,经过工效挂钩机制的创新,有助于铁路公司更好适应当下节奏,实现经济效益最大化,加速建立市场主体位置的步伐。本文主要针对铁路企业工效挂钩办法起源挖掘以及铁路企业工效挂钩机制创新的激励作用进行简要分析。
Ergonomics is a management measure that railway companies carry out macro-control on total remuneration and is an effective way to ensure that remuneration expenses are linked with economic benefits and arouse the enthusiasm of employees. At present, with the railway deepening reform and the transition to a modern logistics company, the innovation of the work-efficiency-linked mechanism helps the railway companies to better adapt to the current rhythm, maximize economic benefits and speed up the establishment of the market main body. This article mainly analyzes the motivations of the excavation of the origin of the ergonomic linkage of railway enterprises and the innovation of the ergonomic linkage mechanism of railway enterprises.
