Respiratory index (RI) refers to the ratio of PA-aO 2 to PaO 2. Foreign respiratory monitoring unit has been as one of the important monitoring indicators of whether or not to withdraw from mechanical ventilation during the rescue of respiratory failure (RF). What is the relationship between RI and PA-aO_2, PaO_2 and other indicators? How to understand the clinicopathological significance of RI changes? Given that RI has not been universally used in our country, it is necessary to do further research Discussion. In our hospital from March 1987 to February 1988, 85 patients with acute cor pulmonale inpatient blood gas analysis at the same time, to explore the clinical significance of RI.
