用一台JO_2—71—4、22kW三相异步电动机带动水泵排灌,中午值班人员午休停机。等再启动电动机时,发现电动机转速变慢,出水量亦不如从前,同时机壳带电将人击伤。经检查发现: 1.定子的一组绕组端部绝缘损坏,与机壳相碰。这样,电流通过人体与地构成回路,而使值班人员遭受电击。好在定子绕组只是轻微与机壳相碰,流过的电流较小,使人幸免于难。
