目前冶金系统的许多厂家转炉倾动系统几乎都是采用接触器和继电器控制,接线复杂,触点多,使用时电气故障频繁,维修费时费力,另外开炉工操作时常常不顺次切除电阻来调节电动机转速,使倾动速度一下由低速达到高速,造成速度突变,不平稳,为此,我们采用可编程控制器(PLC)进行改造,结果表明,其具有工作可靠,编程简易,维修方便,适应性强等优点,本文介绍SR-20/21型PLC在12t转炉倾动上的应用。 1.转炉倾动的工艺要求和工作过程
