从20世纪70年代起,第二语言或外语学习领域中的许多研究者开始把重点从对教师和教学的研究上转移到对学生和学习过程的研究上。学习者被看作是第二语言或外语学习过程的中心地位者,在这一过程中,学习者的学习动机被认为是影响学习成绩的重要的因素之一。本文旨在探讨非英语专业硕士研究生英语学习动机特征以及个人因素对动机类型的影响。
Since the 1970s, many researchers in second language or foreign language learning began to shift their focus from researching teachers and teaching to studying students and learning processes. Learners are seen as the central position in the second language or foreign language learning process, in which learner’s motivation to learn is considered as one of the important factors affecting academic performance. The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics of English learning motivation of non-English major postgraduates and the impact of personal factors on motivational types.
