为判别NFC果汁与FC果汁,采用同位素比率质谱法(IRMS)对NFC、FC橙汁与苹果汁中水的δD、δ18O值进行了测定,结果表明NFC橙汁和苹果汁的δD与δ18O值均显著高于FC果汁,并且δD、δ18O值与NFC果汁含量呈二次回归关系,这个特点可用于NFC果汁含量的判别。本文为填补我国IRMS在果汁鉴伪中应用的空白,实现我国果汁标准与国际接轨,促进我国果汁出口具有重要意义。
To determine the difference between NFC juice and FC juice, the δD and δ18O of NFC, FC orange juice and apple juice were measured by IRMS. The results showed that the δD and δ18O values of NFC orange juice and apple juice were significantly higher In FC juice, and δD, δ18O value and NFC juice content showed a quadratic regression, this feature can be used for the identification of NFC juice content. This paper is to fill the gaps in the application of IRMS in the fruit juice in our country, to achieve China’s juice standards and international standards, to promote China’s export of juice is of great significance.
