本文应用断裂力学理论和分析方法,对30万千瓦电站水轮机涡壳用钢—14MnMOVN 调质钢的疲劳裂纹扩展特性,进行了试验研究,测出其疲劳裂纹扩展速率及门槛值,并且估算了涡壳的寿命。结果表明,该钢具有较好的疲劳裂纹扩展特性。
In this paper, the fracture mechanics theory and analytical method were used to test the fatigue crack growth characteristics of steel -14MnMOVN quenched and tempered steel for the turbine of 30 MW hydropower plant. The fatigue crack growth rate and threshold value were measured and the eddy Shell life. The results show that the steel has better fatigue crack propagation properties.
