采用STAAD Pro钢结构计算软件对比了目前流行的3种管式加热炉钢结构分析模型。以某项目的圆筒形加热炉为例,从框架位移、框架受力、炉壁板受力等方面分别对比了这3种方法的优缺点。通过对比发现,炉壁板和与框架结构一起受力,对结构的侧向刚度影响较大,计算中如果计入壁板的作用,结构的位移和应力将大幅度减小。用来模拟炉壁板的板单元是否进行有效网格划分,对结构位移与应力的影响不是非常明显。炉壁板单元网格划分越细,模型计算结果越精确,但同时又增大了计算量和截面检验的工作量。
STAAD Pro steel structure calculation software is used to compare the three popular steel tube furnace heating analysis model. Taking a cylindrical heating furnace of an item as an example, the advantages and disadvantages of these three methods are compared respectively in the aspects of frame displacement, frame force and stress on the furnace wall. Through comparison, it is found that the furnace wall and the frame structure together with the force exert a great influence on the lateral stiffness of the structure. If the calculation of the wall plate is included, the displacement and stress of the structure will be greatly reduced. Whether the plate elements used to simulate the furnace wall panels are effectively meshed, the effect on structural displacement and stress is not obvious. The thinner the grid division of the furnace wall slab unit, the more accurate the model calculation results, but at the same time it increases the workload of calculation and cross-sectional inspection.
