自从Cairns(1968)报导小梁切除术治疗青光眼以来,国内外采用者甚多,笔者自1978年5月至1982年2月采用此手术治疗各型青光眼128例。今将随访观察2～7年的61例84眼远期疗效报告如下。临床资料本文61例中男24例,女37例。年龄最小者9岁,最大者71岁,51～70岁的老年人共44例。职业农民30例,工人14例,家庭妇女9例,职员6例,干部、儿童各1例。眼别右44眼,左40眼。青光眼的类型原发性青光
Since Cairns (1968) reported that trabeculectomy for the treatment of glaucoma, there are many users at home and abroad, the author from May 1978 to February 1982 using this surgical treatment of 128 cases of various types of glaucoma. This follow-up observation of 2 to 7 years of 61 cases 84 cases of long-term efficacy report is as follows. Clinical data 61 cases of male 24 cases, 37 females. The youngest is 9 years old, the largest is 71 years old, 51 to 70 years old in 44 cases. Occupation of farmers in 30 cases, 14 workers, 9 domestic women, 6 staff, cadres and children in 1 case.
