目的:建立湖北产葛根药材及提取物的指纹图谱检测方法,为确保葛根药材、提取物及其制剂的内在质量提供依据。方法:采用TIANHE Kormasil C18柱;流动相A:甲醇,流动相B:1%醋酸溶液;流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为250nm;柱温为35℃。梯度洗脱程序:0~10min 22%A,10~40min 22%~45%A,40~45min 45%A。对湖北省十堰竹溪、恩施州和黄冈罗田三个产地的葛根药材及提取物进行指纹图谱研究。结果:湖北省三个产地葛根药材及提取物的指纹图谱基本一致。结论:湖北三个产地的葛根药材质量差异不大。葛根药材、提取物相关性良好,各产地指纹图谱基本一致,制备工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Radix Puerariae herbs and extracts in Hubei Province, and provide a basis for ensuring the intrinsic quality of Radix puerariae, extracts and their preparations. Methods: TIANHE Kormasil C18 column was used. The mobile phase A was methanol and mobile phase B was 1% acetic acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. Gradient elution program: 0 ~ 10min 22% A, 10 ~ 40min 22% ~ 45% A, 40 ~ 45min 45% A. The fingerprints of Radix Puerariae and its extracts from Zhuxi, Shushan, Hubei Province, Enshi and Huanggang Luotian were studied. Results: The fingerprints of Radix Puerariae and its extracts from the three producing areas in Hubei Province were basically the same. Conclusion: There is no obvious difference in the quality of Radix Puerariae in Hubei Province. Pueraria herbs, extracts of good correlation, the origin of the fingerprints are basically the same, the preparation process is stable and feasible.
