中华按蚊是我国传疟媒介之一。据文献报告,其自然感染率很少超过千分之一。由于分布广,数量多,而且是孳生稻田的优势蚊种,故国内学者一致公认它是平原产稻区存在的重要媒介,是华中、华南、华北的中、低度疟疾流行区的传播者。①但是,华北地区自冯兰洲一九二九年在山东济南②通过感染实验,证明中华按蚊为传疟媒介以来,迄今未在自然界里得到证实。
Anopheles sinensis is one of the vectors of malaria transmission in our country. According to the literature, the natural infection rate rarely exceeds one thousandth. Due to its wide distribution, large population and predominant mosquito breeding in paddy fields, domestic scholars unanimously recognized that it is an important medium existing in plain rice producing areas and is a communicator of moderate and low malaria endemic areas in central China, southern China and northern China. However, since the epidemic experiment of Feng Lanzhou in Jinan City, Shandong Province in 1929, (2) proved that Anopheles sinensis is a malaria vector, it has not been confirmed in nature.
