完成了100个碳纤维布及配套树脂试件在湿热环境下的耐久性试验,通过测试分析老化时间分别为0,1 000,2 000,3 000,4 000 h时试件的拉伸强度、伸长率及弹性模量发现:由于每个测试时间点的试件不同,导致破坏性试验测试结果的基准不统一,数据波动较大。基于试验结果,并分析已有的老化模型及其特点,确定了复材拉伸强度和弹性模量具有相似的变化规律,即可以用弹性模量的变化规律表达拉伸强度的变化规律。因此,提出了通过非破坏试验研究复合材料耐久性的概念,此方法可以解决破坏性试验方法中数据基准不确定的技术难题。
The durability test of 100 pieces of carbon fiber cloth and supporting resin specimen in hot and humid environment was completed. Tensile strength of the specimen at 0,1 000,2 000,3 000 and 4 000 h were analyzed by testing. Length and elastic modulus found that due to the different test pieces at each test point, the benchmark of destructive test results is not uniform and the data fluctuates greatly. Based on the experimental results and the analysis of the existing aging models and their characteristics, it is confirmed that the tensile strength and the elastic modulus of the composite have similar variation rules, that is, the variation law of the tensile strength can be expressed by the variation rule of the elastic modulus. Therefore, the concept of nondestructive testing of composite durability has been proposed. This method can solve the technical problem of data benchmark uncertainty in destructive testing methods.
