落地缓冲,在日常生活中俗称下蹲,下蹲无处不在,下蹲是我们运动结束过程中一个必不可少的内容,如跳下或者跳上高物体时,跨越一定的障碍时,最后都用下蹲来维持身体的平衡,保护自身的安全,这也是运动性损伤多发的一个环节,因此,有意识的主动的下蹲是保护自身的一个重要内容。本研究以立定跳远项目为例,对六年级三个班小学生运用课堂实录法,观察分析学生下蹲情况,从而分析原因、解决问题。
