一、新零售产生背景1.经济增长放缓经济新常态,经济增长速度放缓。全国GDP增长从两位数到个位数,再到6.7%(2016年),今后趋势基本在6.5%-7%。2.零售额增长趋于缓和十二五期间,全国社会消费品零售总额年均增长13.8%。2016年全国社会消费品零售总额332316亿元,比上年增长10.4%。其中,城镇消费品零售额增长10.4%;乡村消费品零售额增长10.9%;商品零售额增长10.4%;餐饮收入额增长10.8%。十三五期间按照商务部内贸流通规划,全国社会消费品零售总额年均增速10%左
