由于红外线(IR)光谱可以提供生物样本中核酸、蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物等重要分子质与量的信息,近年来在生物医学研究和临床诊断中得到了广泛应用。本文简要综述了目前IR光谱技术在研究白血病细胞中的主要应用:①慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)细胞与正常外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的鉴别;②CLL细胞对化疗药物的敏感性预测和耐药机制研究;③白血病细胞凋亡的检测和定量分析。
Infrared (IR) spectroscopy is widely used in biomedical research and clinical diagnosis in recent years due to its ability to provide important molecular and nucleic acids such as nucleic acids, proteins, fats and carbohydrates in biological samples. This article briefly reviewed the main applications of IR spectroscopy in the study of leukemic cells: ①Differentiation of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs); ②CLL cell sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs prediction and resistance Drug mechanism; ③ leukemia cell apoptosis detection and quantitative analysis.
