教师反思是指老师在教学的过程中对自己的教学方法和教学结果以及教学目的等方面进行回顾和再思考,发现自己在教学过程中存在的不足之处和教学优点,努力提升自己的教学合理性,并且扫除厌倦情绪树立责任心,使自己成为一名优秀老师的过程,老师的反思过程又称为反思性教学。本文就高中数学老师在教学中的反思进行探讨,希望对老师在教学中如何进行反思教学有所启示。
