本文研究了四种不同的热处理工艺,即正常淬火加回火、等温淬火加回火,变温淬火加回火和双等揾淬火加回火对W18Cr4V钢的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,W18Cr4V钢经变温淬火和双等温淬火处理的冲击韧性a_k值、小能量多冲抗力、抗弯强度和耐磨性都比正常淬火的高。据此W18Cr4V钢采用变温淬火或双等温淬火工艺处理后其强韧性配合较好,用来制作冷作模具,可使寿命提高。
In this paper, four different heat treatment processes were studied, namely, the effects of normal quenching and tempering, isothermal quenching and tempering, temperature-quenching and tempering, and double-quenching and tempering on the microstructure and properties of W18Cr4V steel. The results show that the impact toughness a_k value of W18Cr4V steel after dual-temperature quenching and dual-temperature quenching, small energy multi-impact resistance, bending strength and wear resistance are higher than normal quenching. Accordingly, W18Cr4V steel with variable temperature quenching or dual isothermal quenching process is better with its toughness, used to make cold work die, life expectancy can be improved.
