PBL教学法,即基于问题的学习方法,是当今国际上广受关注的教学方法,PBL教学法以问题为中心,设计真实性任务,强调把学习设置于复杂的、有意义的问题情境中,通过学生的自主探究和合作解决真实性问题来学习隐含于问题背后的科学知识,能够充分激发学生的主体意识和创造性思维。我国高校酒店心理学的传统教学模式忽略了学生专业素养的提升和综合能力的全面发展,本文在分析PBL教学法内涵的基础上,阐述了PBL教学法在酒店心理学教学中的具体运作,并结合教学实践对其效果进行了总结与反思。
The PBL teaching method, that is, the problem-based learning method, is a teaching method that attracts much attention in the world today. The PBL teaching method takes the problem as the center and designs the authenticity task. It emphasizes that learning should be set in a complicated and meaningful problem situation, Through students ’self-exploration and cooperation to solve the problem of authenticity to learn the scientific knowledge behind the problem, we can fully stimulate students’ subjective consciousness and creative thinking. The traditional teaching mode of college hotel psychology in our country ignores the improvement of students’ professional qualities and comprehensive ability. Based on the analysis of the connotation of PBL teaching method, this paper elaborates the specific operation of PBL teaching method in hotel psychology teaching. Combined with the teaching practice of its effects were summarized and reflections.
