目的了解某部队人员焦虑与睡眠状况,为今后有针对性地开展心理健康教育和心理干预工作提供依据。方法随机抽取某部不同工作岗位的特殊作业军人112名,分别用状态-特质焦虑量表和睡眠量表进行问卷调查。结果有效问卷101份,研究对象中,存在特质焦虑或状态焦虑的占76.23%,有58.42%的被调查者同时存在状态焦虑和特质焦虑,有65.35%的被调查者存在睡眠质量下降或睡眠障碍,睡眠与焦虑有一定关系(χ2=4.36,P<0.05)。结论在部队一线的作业人员群体中存在着不同程度的焦虑及睡眠问题,应对其加强心理疏导和教育工作。
Objective To understand the anxiety and sleep status of a certain unit and provide the basis for carrying out mental health education and psychological intervention in the future. Methods One hundred and twenty-two special operation soldiers of different jobs in a certain department were randomly selected, and were surveyed by the state-trait anxiety scale and the sleep-scale respectively. Results There were 101 valid questionnaires, of which 76.23% had trait anxiety or state anxiety, 58.42% had state anxiety and trait anxiety at the same time, 65.35% of the respondents had decreased sleep quality or sleep disturbance There was a relationship between sleep and anxiety (χ2 = 4.36, P <0.05). Conclusion There are varying degrees of anxiety and sleep problems among front-line operatives in the armed forces. Psychological counseling and education should be strengthened.
