针对中国宝山钢铁集团公司CVC热连轧机组 ,提出一种新的板凸度分配设定方法·首先计算出热连轧机组总的轧件比例凸度变化值 ,然后按各机架压下率占整个机组总压下率的比例 ,将总比例凸度变化值分配给各机架 ,进而可计算出各机架轧后板凸度·通过适当分配各机架的板比例凸度和板凸度 ,可在不产生板形缺陷的条件下 ,充分发挥CVC轧机的能力 ,以期得到符合要求板凸度的成品·采用此方法进行板凸度分配设定 ,同时结合辊系弹性变形模型、工作辊热凸度计算模型、CVC工作辊横移设定模型、负荷分配模型等 ,开发了计算板凸度调整和CVC工作辊横移设定的软件·利用所开发的软件对现场生产条件进行计算 ,其结果优于现场设定结果
