报告了56例正常人和42例冠心病患者(冠状动脉狭窄≥50%)的T 波等电位图(BSPM)变化特点,探讨T 波BSPM 对冠脉狭窄的诊断和定位诊断价值。结果表明:正常人T 波等电位图不受年龄和性别的影响,正区占居前胸和后背大部,形如“伞”状。负区仅位于右前胸和右肩部。冠脉左前降支狭窄时,T 波BSPM 在左前胸锁骨中线附近出现伸向正区的负区带或岛状负区。右冠状动脉狭窄的T 波BSPM,左前胸下部和背部出现异常负区。而冠脉左旋支狭窄时,异常负区占居整个下胸背部,正区仅占居前胸上部和左肩部,形如“碗”状。T 波BSPM 异常检测冠心病慢性心肌缺血的灵敏度为81.0%,特异度为90.0%,准确度为83.9%。
Reported the changes of T wave equipotential curve (BSPM) in 56 normal subjects and 42 patients with coronary heart disease (≥50% of coronary stenosis), and discussed the value of T - wave BSPM in the diagnosis and localization of coronary artery stenosis. The results show that the normal T-wave isoelectric map is not affected by age and gender, the positive area occupies the front chest and back most, shaped like “umbrella” -like. Negative zone is located only in the right chest and right shoulder. When the left anterior descending coronary artery stenosis, T wave BSPM appeared in the left anterior subclavian midline near the positive zone of negative zone or island negative zone. T-wave BSPM in right coronary artery stenosis, abnormal negative zone in the left anterior chest and in the lower back. The left coronary artery stenosis, the abnormal negative zone occupies the lower chest and back, the main area occupies only the upper chest and left shoulder, shaped like “bowl” shape. T wave BSPM abnormalities detected in patients with coronary heart disease chronic myocardial ischemia sensitivity was 81.0%, specificity was 90.0%, accuracy was 83.9%.
