建立灵活的应对战略 通常,在一项谈判开始之前,人们会做出一系列计划。但计划往往只是谈判前单方的主观设想或各方简单磋商的产物,不可能把影响谈判过程的各种随机因素都包括在内,而如果在你的计划之中,你并没有建立一个灵活的谈判战略的话,那么,你与对手之间的谈判很可能会陷入你事先未预料到的僵局,你和你的对手可能都会抱怨对方的苛刻。而这样的局面,你完全可以在谈判前的准备工作中就设法去避免它。
Building a Flexible Response Strategy Typically, people will make a series of plans before a negotiation begins. However, the plan is often just a pre-negotiation unilateral subjective idea or a simple negotiation between the parties, it is impossible to include the various factors that affect the negotiation process, and if in your plan, you do not create a flexible Negotiation strategy, then the negotiation between you and the opponent is likely to fall into an unexpected situation you have not expected, you and your opponent may complain about each other’s harsh. In such a situation, you can try to avoid it in the preparatory work before the negotiation.
