新研制的缓释型琥珀酸铁,每胶囊中含可溶性琥珀酸铁(铁含量10.5％)28.7毫克、结晶纤维素28.6毫克、马铃薯淀粒9.5毫克、乙基纤维素STD 16.2毫克。琥珀酸铁制成小球状,外裹乙基纤维素被膜,铁透过被膜缓慢释出。膜之薄厚可调节主要成分溶出的速度。该药在酸性溶液内60分钟溶出70％,120分钟溶出98％;在硷性溶液内60分钟溶出50％,120分钟溶出80％。作者用此药试治54名缺铁性贫血病人,其中无出血灶者划为A组,有出血灶或合饼其它疾患者划为B组。给药方法:1日2胶囊,晨间或睡前一次服下
The newly developed sustained-release iron succinate solution contains 28.7 mg of soluble iron succinate (iron content 10.5%), 28.6 mg of crystalline cellulose, 9.5 mg of potato starch and 16.2 mg of ethylcellulose STD per capsule. Iron succinate beads, covered with ethyl cellulose coating, iron slow release through the coating. Film thickness can be adjusted to dissolve the main component of the speed. Dissolve 70% of the drug in 60 minutes in acidic solution and 98% in 120 minutes. Dissolve 50% in 60 minutes in alkaline solution and 80% in 120 minutes. The authors used this medicine to treat 54 patients with iron deficiency anemia, including those without hemorrhage were classified as group A, hemorrhage or co-cake other diseases were classified as group B.
