对茶树菇(Agrocybe cylindracea)液体摇瓶培养的碳氮源、接种量、装液量以及培养时间进行了研究,筛选出了茶树菇液体培养的适宜条件。尝试将外源植物激素应用于茶树菇液体培养中,探讨其加快菌丝体繁殖的可能性。结果表明,茶树菇液体发酵适宜的培养基为:马铃薯20%+小麦粉2%+酵母粉0.1%+MgSO_4 0.3%+KH_2PO_40.2%+VB_1 10 mg/L。培养条件以250 mL摇瓶装液量120 mL,接种量10 mL/100 mL,培养9 d终止发酵为宜。培养基中添加10 mg/L的外源激素NAA,能显著提高菌丝的生物量。
The carbon and nitrogen sources, inoculum size, liquid loading amount and culture time of Agrocybe cylindracea liquid shake flask culture were studied, and the suitable conditions for liquid culture of Agrocybe cylindracea were screened out. Attempts to exogenous plant hormones used in the liquid culture of Agrocybe, mushroom to explore the possibility of accelerating the proliferation of mycelium. The results showed that the optimum medium for the liquid fermentation of Agrocybe aegerita was: potato 20% + wheat flour 2% + yeast 0.1% + MgSO_4 0.3% + KH_2PO_40.2% + VB_1 10 mg / L. Culture conditions to 250 mL shake flask liquid volume 120 mL, inoculum volume 10 mL / 100 mL, culture 9 d termination of fermentation is appropriate. The addition of 10 mg / L exogenous hormone NAA to the medium significantly increased mycelial biomass.
