单词是英语学习之本,没有一定的词汇量的积累,英语学习寸步难行。可现在学生们却一直为记忆单词的问题所困扰。其实,他们若掌握了音标和拼读规则,那么记忆单词、准确发音,甚至提高听力都是小菜一碟。中小学初级阶段是学习外语的最佳时期,但目前的音标教学现状不容乐观。笔者提出“两步走”的策略,并希望通过考试的指挥棒,从根本上改变这种情况。
Words are the basis of English learning, there is no accumulation of vocabulary, difficult to learn English step by step. But now students have been troubled by the problem of memory words. In fact, if they master phonetic transcription and spelling rules, it is a piece of cake to memorize words, pronounce them accurately and even improve their listening comprehension. The primary stage of primary and secondary schools is the best time to learn a foreign language, but the current status of phonetic teaching can not be optimistic. The author puts forward the strategy of “two steps” and hopes to change the situation fundamentally through the test baton.
