Paavgoof refers to the second level of Buddhism that transits through three levels. Paavgoofgi chomfamf refers to a circular street formed around the Jokhang Temple in Lhasa. Barkhor Street is gradually formed and developed along with the construction of Jokhang Temple in the 7th century AD.
