目的:为提高全喉切除术后用发音管发音重建的成功率。方法:在30具成人头颈部标本上分别观察测量第1、第2气管环水平;第2、第3气管环水平;第3、第4气管环水平的气管食管共壁宽度和厚度。结果:气管食管共壁的宽度自上而下是越来越宽,而其厚度个体差异较大。结论:全喉切除术后按装Blom-Singer发音管时应因人而异,挑选合适长度的发音管。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the success rate of vocal reconstruction after total laryngectomy. Methods: The first and second tracheal ring levels were observed and measured in 30 adult head and neck specimens respectively. The second and third tracheal ring levels and the third and fourth tracheal ring levels were measured. Results: The width of the common tracheal-esophageal wall was wider and wider from the top to the bottom, while the individual thickness of the trachea and esophagus varied greatly. Conclusions: The total length of laryngectomies fitted with Blom-Singer tubes should vary from person to person.
