急性胰腺炎伴发脑病在临床上并非少见。目前其机制未明,可能与体内脂肪及糖代谢紊乱有关。其特征为血清淀粉酶升高、血糖升高及脑病等三联征,患者表现短期和长期的精神紊乱、谵妄、行为异常及意识障碍等。本文报道近3年来急性胰腺炎伴发脑病5例,均在确诊胰腺炎基础上伴有意识障碍、精神症状及脑电图的典型变化。本文对急性胰腺病变间发中枢神经系统症状的关连性作扼要讨论。
Acute pancreatitis associated with encephalopathy is not uncommon in the clinic. At present, the mechanism is unclear, which may be related to the disorder of body fat and glucose metabolism. Characterized by elevated serum amylase, elevated blood sugar and encephalopathy triad symptoms, patients with short and long term manifestations of mental disorders, delirium, abnormal behavior and disturbance of consciousness. This article reports 5 cases of acute pancreatitis associated with encephalopathy in the past 3 years, all of which are based on the diagnosis of pancreatitis with disturbance of consciousness, mental symptoms and typical changes of EEG. This article discusses the relationship between central nervous system symptoms in acute pancreatic lesions.
