飞机是使用大量标准件进行装配的典型产品,以商用飞机设计过程中使用的标准件为研究对象,在分析基于WEB的飞机标准件库的基础上,创建了一个向导式的标准件号多级筛选系统,提出了一种半结构化的信息检索方法,以实现飞机标准件号在设计过程中的智能检索匹配,进而规范和简化设计人员选取标准件号的过程。实践表明文中提出的飞机标准件号多级筛选智能匹配技术解决了手动添加大量标准件信息的缺陷,大大提高了飞机设计的效率。
Aircraft is a typical product assembled with a large number of standard parts. Taking the standard parts used in commercial aircraft design as the research object, based on the analysis of WEB-based aircraft standard parts library, a guided standard part number multi-level Screening system, a semi-structured information retrieval method is proposed to realize the intelligent retrieval matching of the aircraft standard part number in the design process, and then the process of selecting the standard part number by the designer is regulated and simplified. Practice shows that the proposed standard multi-level aircraft part number matching intelligent matching technology to solve the manual to add a large number of standard parts of the defect, greatly improving the efficiency of aircraft design.
