目的观察心外膜MAP与血清hs-CRP、LDH在心律失常中的变化,探讨其临床意义。方法 10只家兔,在心肌缺血背景下致心律失常前后分别记录、检测各项观察指标,作前后对照比较。结果造模前,MAPA、APD90、最大上升速度,高于造模后(P<0.05),造模前血清LDH水平显著低于造模后(P<0.05);hs-CRP造模前后无显著变化。结论心律失常时MAP的特征性形态变化结合血生化指标是判断心肌缺血的一种简易、快速、可靠的方法。
Objective To observe the changes of epicardial MAP, serum hs-CRP and LDH in arrhythmia, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Ten rabbits were recorded before and after arrhythmia caused by myocardial ischemia, and each observation index was measured before and after comparison. Results Before modeling, MAPA, APD90, the maximum rate of rise, higher than after modeling (P <0.05), LDH levels before modeling were significantly lower (P <0.05); hs-CRP before and after modeling was not significant Variety. Conclusions The characteristic morphological changes of MAP during arrhythmia combined with blood biochemical indexes are a simple, rapid and reliable method to judge myocardial ischemia.
