基于大规模的用户数量和高频率的用户参与,社会化媒体表现出日趋明显的强影响力。如何利用社会化媒体完善企业运营,怎样融合社会化媒体帮助企业管理等问题成为了业界和学者们正在面临并亟需解决的研究热点。文章通过提炼国外社会化媒体有关文献的研究主题,梳理出国内学者在相同主题方面的研究现状,进而分析国内与国外研究存在的差异和产生原因。并基于国内外社会化媒体现有研究的对比分析,阐释中国情境下社会化媒体需要研究和解决的理论与现实问题。
Based on the large number of users and the high frequency of user participation, the social media has shown a clear and growing influence. How to use the social media to perfect the operation of the enterprise and how to integrate the social media to help the enterprise management have become the hot topics that the industry and scholars are facing and need to solve urgently. By refining the research topics of relevant literature on foreign social media, the article combs the current research status of domestic scholars on the same subject, and then analyzes the differences and causes of domestic and foreign research. Based on the comparative analysis of the existing studies of social media both at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the theoretical and practical issues that social media needs to study and solve in China.
