本文主要论述气动反射式位移传感器的工作原理及其静态和动态特性,目的是为了获得具有不同测量范围的传感器的特性。实验研究表明,在一定的尺寸条件下,锥角α和平均喷射口径D0等参数的变化对反射式传感器检测距离和灵敏度有影响,但只要合理地选择这些参数就能获得较为理想的输出特性。
This paper mainly discusses the working principle of aerodynamic reflective displacement sensors and their static and dynamic characteristics in order to obtain the characteristics of sensors with different measurement ranges. Experimental results show that the change of parameters such as cone angle α and average injection diameter D0 have influence on the detection distance and sensitivity of reflective sensors under certain size conditions. However, as long as the parameters are selected reasonably, the ideal output characteristics can be obtained.
