由于中职教育本身的特点,在长时间的教学过程中,中职教育更加注重学生实践技能的培养,而忽视德育教育,导致很多学生综合素质偏低,无法满足社会单位需求。因此,有必要优化中职德育教学效果,在保证学生专业技能培养的同时,促进学生人际关系、团队能力等意识的提升。希望此次研究能够为教学工作者提供理论参考。
Due to the characteristics of secondary vocational education, secondary vocational education pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ practical skills and neglects moral education during the long teaching process, resulting in the low overall quality of many students and the inability to meet the needs of social units. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the teaching effect of moral education in secondary vocational schools. While ensuring the professional skills of students, we should promote the awareness of students’ interpersonal relationships and team skills. I hope this study can provide theoretical reference for teaching workers.
