在当今全球一体化经济下,翻译活动越来越频繁,翻译的桥梁作用日益凸显,是否能培养出各个领域内具有一定翻译能力的应用型人才,对于独立学院的发展有着重要意义。如何推进独立学院大学英语翻译教学的效果,也变得日益紧迫与重要。本文分析了当今独立学院大学英语翻译教学的现状,介绍了奈达的功能对等理论及此理论对独立学院大学英语翻译教学的指导意义,并建议教师在教学过程中将功能对等理论与翻译教学实践相结合,提高学生的实际翻译水平。
In today’s global economy, translation activities become more and more frequent, and the role of translation bridge becomes increasingly prominent. Whether or not we can cultivate applied talents with certain translation ability in various fields is of great significance to the development of independent colleges. How to promote college English translation teaching effectiveness, has become increasingly urgent and important. This paper analyzes the status quo of college English translation teaching in independent colleges today, introduces Nida ’s theory of functional equivalence and its guiding significance to college English translation teaching in independent colleges, and suggests that teachers should combine functional equivalence theory with translation Combination of teaching practice, improve students’ actual translation level.
