【目的】建立0~18岁健康人群血清N末端脑钠肽前体(N terminal pro‐brain natriuretic peptide ,NT‐proBNP)参考值范围。【方法】用免疫荧光法检测1225例0~18岁健康人群的血清NT‐proBNP浓度。【结果】1225例儿童按新生儿期(0~30 d )、婴儿期(1个月至1岁)、幼儿期(1~4岁)、学龄前期(4~7岁)、学龄初期(7~10岁)、学龄中期(10~13岁)、青春期(13~18岁)年龄分组检测血清 NT‐proBNP水平,结果依次为:中位数1360.0 pg/mL ,参考范围(250.0~3987.0) pg/mL ;中位数106.0 pg/mL ,参考范围(20.0~532.0) pg/mL ;中位数80.0 pg/mL ,参考范围(20.0~324.0) pg/mL ;中位数58.0 pg/mL ,参考范围(20.0~374.0) pg/mL ;中位数38.0 pg/mL ,参考范围(20.0~163.0) pg/mL ;中位数29.0 pg/mL ,参考范围(20.0~296.0) pg/mL ;中位数20.0 pg/mL ,参考范围(20.0~145.0) pg/mL。0~18岁健康人群各年龄组NT‐proBNP水平与年龄的增长呈负相关(R=-0.230,P<0.05)。各年龄段男女性别间的NT‐proBNP无显著性差异( P>0.05)。【结论】0~18岁健康人群血清NT‐proBNP水平随年龄增加有降低趋势;0~18岁不同年龄段健康人群血清NT‐proBNP参考值范围与成人不同,不能随意套用。“,”[Objective] To establish reference range for serum N‐terminal‐proBNP (NT‐proBNP) in children aged 0~18 years .[Methods] Serum NT‐proBNP was detected by immunofluorescence assay in a total of 1225 children .[Results] They were divided into 7 groups by age ,i .e .neonatal period (0‐<1 month) ,infant period (1 month‐<1 year) ,toddler period (1 year‐<4 years) ,preschool (4‐<7 years) ,early school (7‐<10 years) , middle school (10‐<13 years ) and adolescence (13‐<18 years) .The median and reference range for serum NT‐proBNP in them were 1360 .0 (250 .0~3987 .0) ,106 .0 (20 .0~532 .0) ,80 .0(20 .0~324 .0) ,58 .0 (20 .0~374 . 0) ,38 .0(20 .0~163 .0) ,29 .0 (20 .0~296 .0) and 20 .0(20 .0~145 .0) pg/mL respectively .The relationship of serum NT‐proBNP and age had a negative correlation (R= -0 .230 ,P<0 .05) .No significant differences existed between girls and boys ( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion] The serum level of NT‐proBNP shows a declining trend with advancing age in children .Normal reference ranges of NT‐proBNP for children at different ages vary from those of adults .
