随着新课程改革的进一步深化,教师和学生角色的更新与变化,强调学生主体,学生应做学习的主人,已成为新时期学校教育教学的主流。为此,广大教师必须深刻认识到,学生的学习过程,准确地说,应该是促进学生“自我发展”的变化过程。维果茨基说过:“凡是没有自我运动的地方,那里就没有发展。”因此,只有在课堂教学中激发学生积极、主动地参与数学学习,才能有效地促进学生的自我发展。结合平时的教学实践,浅谈几点做法。
