混凝土搅拌输送车的设计计算中,由于搅拌筒斜置在机架上,筒内的混凝土的几何形状复杂,使得确定满载混凝土状态时搅拌筒的整体重心位置和驱动阻力矩的计算既复杂又困难。本文针对上述问题中所出现的一系列超越方程,采用积分中值定理,以非常近似的方式,快速、准确地求出搅拌筒内混凝土的重心和驱动阻力矩,为工程设计人员提供简便、可靠的设计计算方法。本方法亦可用于斜置搅拌筒的各种搅拌机的计算。
