将新油气区块通过新建海底管道回接至已建处理设施,采用立管顶部节流法控制新建海底管道清管段塞存在很多限制因素,研究海管立管顶部节流法对提高已有设施的适应性尤为重要。通过OLGA软件动态模拟海管清管作业,对比了顶部节流对清管参数的影响,分析了节流阀开度、清管气体流量对清管段塞缓冲体积的影响规律。结果表明:节流阀开度越小,管道系统憋压越严重,节流阀前后压差及出口立管底部压力越大,清管段塞缓冲体积越小;清管段塞缓冲体积随节流阀等效开度的减小并非线性减小,节流阀需要达到某等效开度及以下才能达到较好效果;延长阀门动作时间可以减缓节流阀开启时造成的海管气塞;清管气体流量越小,清管段塞缓冲体积、节流阀前后压差及出口立管底部压力越小。研究结果为海洋油气混输管道的安全输送、清管作业的顺利完成提供了技术支持。

The results provide technical support for the safe transportation of marine oil and gas pipelines and the successful completion of pigging operations.
