目前,在组织行为学领域内,团队心理安全被认为是影响团队绩效的重要因素之一。运用结构方程模型和多元回归分析,对西部地区企业跨专业团队313个样本进行分析,研究跨专业团队中团队心理安全是否影响以及如何通过知识分享来影响团队绩效。研究发现,团队心理安全四个维度显著正向影响团队绩效,知识分享的两个因素分别在团队心理安全四个因素与团队绩效之间起不同程度的中介作用。因此,对于企业团队尤其是跨专业团队要重视并培养团队心理安全,跨专业团队成员只有彼此尊重信任才能更好地发挥知识分享的功效,从而提升团队绩效。
Currently, in the field of organizational behavior, team psychological safety is considered as one of the important factors that affect team performance. Using the structural equation model and multiple regression analysis, 313 samples of cross-disciplinary teams in the western region were analyzed to investigate whether team psychological safety affects cross-disciplinary teams and how to influence team performance through knowledge sharing. The study found that the four dimensions of team psychological safety significantly affect the team performance positively, and the two factors of knowledge sharing play different mediating roles in the team psychology safety and the four factors respectively. Therefore, for the enterprise team, especially the interdisciplinary team should pay attention to and develop team psychological safety, interdisciplinary team members only trust each other in order to better play the role of knowledge sharing, thereby enhancing team performance.
