采用次极量恒功分级踏车运动试验,观察3514例不同基础血压成人运动后血压变化与运动时间以及性别、年龄、基础血压之间的关系,以期为血压在运动状态下的变化,运动性高血压提供有关资料。结果显示:(1)血压正常备年龄组的基础血压与性别、年龄相关。随着年龄增长SBP(收缩压)和DBP(舒张压)同时升高;男性SBP随运动量增加上升幅度明显大于女性,而DBP的变化无性别差异。(2)高血压组基础血压与性别无关,其SBP与年龄平行,DBP随年龄增大而增加的趋势不明显。运动后血压反应收缩压增加的幅度(△SBP)与性别有关,男性明显高于女性。△SBP和△DBP显著低于血压正常组。提示高血压患者运动调节血管舒缩功能下降的病理改变。(3)临界高血压组△SBP与高血压组相似,△DBP与血压正常组接近。(4)高血压临界高血压组1/3以上运动后血压>26.7KPa(200mmHg),明显高于血压正常组(5.6%),分级运动试验评价运动血压反应是安全可靠的,不但提供了可作为较统一的运动量标准,而且有助于预测心脑血管病事件的发生,指导高血压病的治疗;对运动的安全性,运动能力估价有一定意义。
The submaximal constant-power treadmill exercise test was used to observe the relationship between blood pressure changes and exercise time as well as sex, age and basic blood pressure in 3514 adults with different basal blood pressure, in order to observe the changes of blood pressure during exercise, Hypertension to provide relevant information. The results showed that: (1) The basic blood pressure in normal blood pressure age group was related to gender and age. SBP (systolic blood pressure) and DBP (diastolic blood pressure) increased with advancing age. The SBP increased significantly with the increase of the amount of exercise in men, but no significant difference was found in DBP. (2) The basic blood pressure in hypertension group had nothing to do with gender, the SBP was parallel with age, and DBP increased with age was not obvious. Post-exercise blood pressure response systolic blood pressure increased amplitude (△ SBP) and gender, male was significantly higher than women. △ SBP and △ DBP significantly lower than normal blood pressure group. Prompted exercise-induced hypertension in patients with vasomotor function decreased pathological changes. (3) △ SBP in critical hypertension group was similar to hypertension group, △ DBP was close to normal blood pressure group. (4) Blood pressure> 26.7KPa (200mmHg) was significantly higher than the normal blood pressure group (5.6%) after 1/3 of hypertensive critical hypertensive group, and the grading exercise test was safe and reliable. Provides a more uniform amount of exercise standards, but also help predict the occurrence of cardiovascular events, and guide the treatment of hypertension; exercise safety, exercise capacity valuation of some significance.
