近年来,社会愈加向着信息化的方向发展,企业发展过程中知识资源的重要性逐渐超过了物质资源,科技与人才对企业发展的贡献凸显出来,企业要想实现长远化的发展一方面要做好内部控制,另一方面要积极适应外部变化的环境,人力资源管理也应当做到这一点,因而具有包容性特征的人力资源管理模式得以提出并广泛应用,为了了解这一模式应用的效果,提高其对环境的适应性,需以物元模型为基础对其效能进行分析与评估。文中将对这一人力资源管理模式及其效能评价方法进行探究。
