房价涨幅近三成,但成交金额却锐减至上届的三分之一。天价地量意味着什么? 上周刚刚落幕的省十一届房博会,与去年省第十届房博会相比,除了房价上涨外,其他各项指标都出现了大幅下降:商品房每平方米均价由去年的5477元/平方米上涨到6951元/平方米,涨幅超过千元,涨幅达26.9%。但房博会参观人数从去年的33.5万减少到25.3万人;商品房成交面积7.88万平方米,比去年下降了近三成;商品房成交金额从去年的16.46亿元降至5.477亿元。
Prices rose nearly 30%, but the transaction amount has dropped sharply to one-third of the previous session. What does it mean high price? Compared with last year’s 10th 房 房 博会, last year’s 11th China 房展 expo ended with a sharp drop in other indicators except for the rising price of housing: the average price per square meter of commercial housing was 5477 Yuan / square meter rose to 6951 yuan / square meter, or more than thousand yuan, up 26.9%. However, the number of visitors to the Expo was reduced from 335,000 last year to 253,000; the area of commercial housing transactions reached 78,800 square meters, a decrease of nearly 30% over last year; the transaction volume of commercial buildings dropped to 547.7 million yuan from 1,646 million last year.
