以6063铝合金为研究对象,分析了Mg/Si质量比对6063铝合金显微组织、腐蚀性能及导电率的影响。结果表明:Mg/Si质量比为1.5时,试样铸态晶粒均匀细小,其强度和塑性达到最佳配合,二者比值超过1.73后,抗拉强度急剧降低。Mg/Si质量比在1.5~1.7内,合金腐蚀性能相对稳定;Mg/Si质量比大于1.73或小于1.5后材料的耐蚀性下降显著;过剩Mg元素对该铝合金的导电率有较大影响;Mg/Si质量比为1.65时,材料的导电性能较好。
Taking the 6063 aluminum alloy as the research object, the effect of Mg / Si mass ratio on the microstructure, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of 6063 aluminum alloy was analyzed. The results show that when the mass ratio of Mg / Si is 1.5, the as - cast grains are fine and uniform, and the best combination of strength and ductility is obtained. When the ratio of the two is more than 1.73, the tensile strength decreases sharply. The corrosion resistance of the alloy is relatively stable when the mass ratio of Mg / Si is within 1.5-1.7. The corrosion resistance of the alloy decreases remarkably when the mass ratio of Mg / Si is above 1.73 or below 1.5. The excess Mg has a significant effect on the conductivity of the alloy ; When the mass ratio of Mg / Si is 1.65, the conductivity of the material is better.
