目的观察粉防己碱对兔实验性动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。方法健康♂新西兰幼年兔60只,随机分为3组,对照组以普通饲料喂养,高脂模型组和粉防己碱组以高脂饲料喂养,粉防己碱组同时静注粉防己碱5mg.kg-1.d-1。观察各组实验前、喂养6和12 wk时的体重和血脂的变化,及12 wk结束时主动脉壁和心肌小动脉的变化。结果各组相同时间的体重、对照组实验前、喂养6和12 wk后的血脂水平均差异无显著意义(P>0.05);模型组12 wk TG、TC、LDL、HDL分别为(1.97±0.83)、(19.22±3.10)(、17.50±2.64)(、0.25±0.09)mmol.L-1,与对照组[分别为(0.86±0.93)、(0.82±0.16)、(1.77±1.78)、(0.40±0.14)mmol.L-1]相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),与粉防己碱组[分别为(2.35±0.28)、(20.39±2.94)、(18.52±1.80)、(0.25±0.11)mmol.L-1]相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。12 wk末,对照组主动脉内膜光滑,表面无纤维斑块形成,模型组动脉壁内膜表面有较多大小不同呈黄色粥样的纤维斑块形成,粉防己碱组内膜表面有奶油色或乳白色变化,但无凸出于表面的纤维斑块。结论粉防己碱不能降血脂,但可抑制动脉粥样硬化的形成和进展。
Objective To observe the effect of tetrandrine on experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits. Methods Sixty healthy New Zealand juvenile rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups. The control group was fed with common diet. The high-fat model group and tetrandrine group were fed with high-fat diet. The tetrandrine group was given intravenous tetrandrine at the same time. -1.d-1. The changes of body weight and lipids before and 6 and 12 weeks after the experiment were observed, and the aortic wall and myocardial arterioles were changed at the end of 12 weeks. Results There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the same time in each group, before the control group, and after 6 and 12 weeks of feeding (P>0.05); TG, TC, LDL, and HDL at the 12 weeks of the model group were (1.97±0.83) ), (19.22±3.10) (, 17.50±2.64) (, 0.25±0.09) mmol.L-1, and the control group [(0.86±0.93), (0.82±0.16), (1.77±1.78), ( 0.40±0.14 mmol.L-1] compared with the difference (P<0.01), and tetrandrine group [(2.35±0.28), (20.39±2.94), (18.52±1.80), ( There was no significant difference (0.25±0.11)mmol.L-1] (P>0.05). At the end of 12 weeks, the control group had smooth aortic intima and no fibrous plaques on the surface. There were more atherosclerotic fibrous plaques on the intima of the model group. The inner surface of the tetrandrine group had cream Color or milky color change, but no bulgy protruding from the surface. Conclusion Tetrandrine can not reduce blood lipids, but it can inhibit the formation and progression of atherosclerosis.
