目的研究松针对小鼠应激能力和血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响,进而探讨松针的抗衰老作用机制。方法取小鼠随机分为松针大、小剂量组和对照组,然后行小鼠游泳耐疲劳、常压耐缺氧实验,测定并比较松针组与对照组血清MDA含量和SOD的活性。结果松针可以延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,提高抗疲劳能力;延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间,提高耐缺氧能力;同时使血清SOD活力明显升高、MDA含量明显降低,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论松针具有良好的体内抗氧化作用,可以延缓衰老。
Objective To study the effects of pine needles on stress and the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in mice and to explore the anti-aging mechanism of pine needles. Methods Mice were randomly divided into large and small doses of pine needles and control group. The swimming mice were challenged with fatigue and pressure, hypoxia tolerance test was performed. The levels of serum MDA and the activity of SOD in pine needles and control groups were determined and compared. The results of pine needles can prolong exhaustion swimming time and improve anti-fatigue ability; prolong atmospheric pressure hypoxia tolerance time and improve hypoxia tolerance; at the same time the serum SOD activity was significantly increased MDA content was significantly lower, compared with the control group The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Pine needles have a good anti-oxidant effect in vivo and can delay aging.
