痛风是古老的疾病,由于尿酸代谢失常引起,在欧美国家多见,以上层和老年人中为尤。国内1958年以前共有25例报道。近年来,有增多趋势,复习1981~1986年文献各地报告共397例,其中有第二届全军老年医学专业学术会议资料选编,叶锦裳等报道原发性痛风52例。随着人民生活日益提高,该病的发病率会逐渐增加。鉴于早期诊断及治疗颇为重要,因此必须提高对本病的识认。临床资料一、高尿酸血症:1986年干部健康检查625例,检出高尿酸血症患者88例占14%,其中男77例,女11例,年龄最大80岁,最小39岁,平均年龄
