本文以人才培养模式的界定入手,从宏观的角度对档案学高等教育人才培养模式中培养目标的确定原则、课程体系的构建思想以及培养方案的实施等要素,进行了较为深入的理论探索。
Starting from the definition of talent cultivation mode, this paper conducts a more in-depth theoretical exploration of the principles of determining training objectives, the construction of curriculum system and the implementation of training programs from the macro perspective.
