仙客来的两个品种在 35℃高温胁迫下 6 0h后根系活力急剧下降 ,同时叶片细胞膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛开始升高。伴随着根吸收能力下降 ,叶片含水量的降低 ,游离脯氨酸积累急剧上升。超氧物歧化酶 (SOD)活性表现出先升高 ,后迅速下降的趋势。这些变化同仙客来遇高温后停止生长、叶片脱落进入休眠的表现是相一致的
The root activity of two cyclamen cultivars decreased sharply at 60 ℃ under high temperature stress of 35 ℃, meanwhile malondialdehyde (MDA), a membrane lipid peroxidation product, began to increase.
