通过CFD软件,模拟固液两相流对水平热输油T型管冲蚀现象。从不同温度、流速、固体颗粒浓度等角度,对T型管冲蚀磨损位置及冲蚀量进行综合分析。研究结果表明:流速与T型管冲蚀率关系接近指数分布;固体颗粒体积浓度对T型管冲蚀率变化一定程度上受到温度制约,在40℃和90℃时,基本呈线性关系。温度因素对管道冲蚀结果的影响与流速和颗粒浓度均存在较强耦合关系,不能进行单一因素分析。
By CFD software, simulation of solid-liquid two-phase flow of horizontal heat transfer T-tube erosion phenomenon. From the perspectives of temperature, flow rate and solid particle concentration, the erosion location and erosion amount of T-tube were comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the relationship between the flow rate and the erosion rate of T-tube approaches the exponential distribution. The variation of the volumetric concentration of solid particles on the erosion rate of T-tube is controlled to a certain extent by temperature, which shows a linear relationship at 40 ℃ and 90 ℃. The influence of temperature on the pipeline erosion results is strongly coupled with the flow rate and particle concentration, and can not be analyzed by a single factor.
